Training is the key to keeping standards high. Our partner organization Think Aviation is a Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) approved Aviation Training Organization (ATO) and provides Dornier 228 pilots, operations and maintenance staff training. A full motion Dornier 228 flight simulator allows us to train pilots to the highest standards.

The Dornier 228 Simulator
The heart of our Dornier 228 simulator carries a real story, the Dornier 228 simulator features a cockpit from a dismantled Do228, serial number 8177- the first of its kind to operate in Kenya during the 1990s. Mounted on an advanced hydraulic platform with 6 Degrees of Freedom, the simulator provides a highly realistic training environment. It is used extensively by all of our pilots and some engineers for the most authentic hands-on training possible. Notably, this is the only simulator of its kind in the General Aviation sector, offering a level of capability unmatched elsewhere.
