The Head of Training is responsible for managing and overseeing all company training programs to ensure full regulatory compliance, operational safety, and consistently high standards. Will also trains Kasas’ pilots in our dedicated flight simulator, ensuring they are fully prepared for normal flight operations as well as equipped to safely handle unexpected or abnormal situations.
